What Is the Integration Series? The Integration Series is a 7-week online integration group program for women who want a gentle, nervous-system-aware way to weave mind, body, and spirit into greater coherence. Through guided sessions, reflection prompts, and soft ritual, you learn to listen beneath the surface and navigate change from your own inner wisdom. This is not a program to become someone new. It is a space to meet yourself more fully, without diagnosis, fixing, or performance. Who This 7-Week Integration Program Is For This series is especially supportive if you: *Feel like therapy or self-help helped, but something still feels unfinished *Crave structure, accountability, and a steady container for inner work *Want mind-body-spirit integration that is non-clinical and non-religious What You’ll Experience Over 7 Weeks Each week, you’ll move through a live 90-minute session that may include: *Guided practices to support nervous-system regulation and grounding *Reflection prompts that help you connect the dots in your story *Soft ritual and spiritual practices that help you notice what’s shifting in your body, emotions, and inner world FAQs Is this therapy or mental health treatment? No. The Integration Series is a non-clinical inner work program. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support. It’s designed as integrative mind-body-spirit support that can sit alongside or after therapy. Do I need a specific spiritual belief? No. The series is spiritual but not religiousto follow any particular tradition; we center your own meaning, intuition, and lived experience. Do I need previous healing work to join? Not required, but many women who join have already done therapy, coaching, or other healing and now want a structured integration program to deepen and embody that work.

TERMS OF SERVICE: 1:1 INTEGRATIVE MIND-BODY THERAPY SESSIONS These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your purchase and use of 1:1 Integrative Mind-Body Therapy Sessions offered by Her Spirit’s Medicine (“Her Spirit’s Medicine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), represented by Daronke Aboah, via https://herspiritsmedicine.com. By checking the box and completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions. For purposes of these Terms, you are referred to as the “Client” (“you”). 1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES Her Spirit’s Medicine provides integrative mind-body therapy specifically designed for women. The 1:1 sessions involve a holistic approach that honors the connection between the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Services may include, but are not limited to: Integrative sessions for deep release and healing; Guided grounding practices; Somatically-informed emotional processing; Spiritual and wellness coaching. The objective of these sessions is to support the Client toward balance and personal transformation through a female-centered, integrative framework. 2. PRACTITIONER-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP 2.1 Nurturing Environment: We agree to provide a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for you to explore your wellness journey. 2.2 Holistic Scope: You understand that our approach is holistic and spiritual. We are not a licensed medical doctor, psychiatrist, or clinical psychologist. 3. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER 3.1 Not Medical Advice: The services provided by Her Spirit’s Medicine are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or psychological disorder. These sessions are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 3.2 Responsibility: You are encouraged to continue any medical or psychological treatment you are currently receiving and to consult with a licensed healthcare professional before making any significant changes to your health regimen. You assume all responsibility for your physical and emotional well-being during and after the sessions. 4. CONFIDENTIALITY 4.1 Privacy of the Container: Her Spirit’s Medicine honors the sacred nature of the healing space. All information shared by the Client during sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., if there is a perceived risk of harm to the Client or others). 4.2 Records: Any notes or records maintained by the Practitioner are stored securely and used solely to facilitate the Client’s progress.
